Auswide Meat completes the circle of service for both customers and
suppliers by assisting the skin division through ensuring a constant
supply of quality stock through prime livestock purchasing.
We are one of the few Australian companies entitled to hold an
unrestricted meat
export license. The Australian Meat and Livestock Corporation issue
this license to reliable, substantial companies that uphold Australia's
international reputation for integrity and quality.
Auswide Meat currently supplies lamb, mutton, hogget and goat meat in
bone in, frozen carcasses form. We can supply all customers anywhere in
the world from all parts of Australia.
Currently we are restructuring our meat processing and we are not
offering the selective cuts we have in the past. We can still provide:
- Full, half, quater and sixth carcass with
bone in (minus head, skin, feet and offal)
- Full carcass bone out (minus head, skin,
feet and offal)
